ABIDE in CHRIST

                    Abide in me, and I in you.
                    As the branch can not bear fruit of itself,
                    except it abide in the vine; no more can
                    ye, except ye that abide in me.
                        John 15:4

Ok, so what are you telling me.    Am I suppose to be the branch or a vine?   No, Jesus is the vine and you are the branch.   Jesus will always support you, he will never leave you, even when your fruit starts to rot (sinning).    The closer you are to Jeaus the more you will be like him.   Jesus loves everyone, every race, every color, and every creed.
He loved you so much that he gave his life for YOU.    Would you give your life to a complete strangers like Christ did,   probably not.

Like I mentioned before, Abiding in Christ is not being close to him, but actually living within him. YOU and CHRIST are one. When you wake up in the morning, tell Jesus "Thank You" for giving me this beautiful day that he created just for YOU.   Jesus must be glorified and worshipped, for he is the one that is keeiping you alive.   Remember,he can cut YOUR life short in many ways; from stopping your heart to having an on comming driver watching his phone instead of you.
Don't call on Jesus when things go sour and you need his help, tell him  "Thank You"  for letting you have this cup of coffee and breakfast, where people on the streets are qwivering in the cold.

Speak to him continually, treat him like your loving spouse or your best friend.   Put Jesus in front of everything you do or think first.    Make him your priority in life, talk to him when thing are going well, tell him  "Thank You "   for all you have: food on the table, roof over your head and enough money to keep you going.
Remember, all this that we have is temporary, like vapor that will just fade away.

;

If you take care of Jesus, Jesus will take care of you.
